<p>PURPOSE:To effectively utilize a dead space and improve the safety of a large capacity accumulator such as the injection device of a die-cast machine by directly connecting, to an elevated oil pressure supply point, an oil junction means which is connected to a manifold block through the side wall of a gas accumulator which is fitted to a piston accumulator. CONSTITUTION:A piston accumulator 10, which is fitted to the inside of the outer cylinder 20 of a gas accumulator 15, is partitioned in a gas pressure chamber A and a hydraulic pressure chamber B by means of a piston 12. The gas accumulator 15 is provided with an upper gas pressure chamber C along the circumference of the piston 12, a lower gas pressure chamber D on the bottom of the outer cylinder 20 and this chamber D is communicated to the gas pressure chamber A through a communicating hole 17 as well as providing a communicating passage 16 in a bottom closed portion 10b. Further, an 'L' shaped oil passage 18 is formed in the bottom of the hydraulic pressure chamber B by means of providing an opening in the bottom closed portion 10b and is connected to a manifold block 26 through an oil passage conjunction means 19 which is led to pierce the side wall of the outer cylinder 20.</p> |
