<p>PURPOSE:To provide the cement composition satisfying various conditions such as: (1) the amount of mixed organic fibers is extremely reduced, (2) the surface states of molded products are smooth, (3) the molded products have strengths such as impact strength and flexural strength which are required and sufficient for their employments, (4) the cement composition can be molded with a binder reduced in an minimized amount, and (5) the costs of production materials are low; not containing asbestos, and used for extrusion moldings. CONSTITUTION:The cement composition for extrusion moldings is characterized by adding 1-2 pts.wt. of untreated crude linter fibers, 1-3 pts.wt. of crude linter fibers obtained by grinding the untreated linter fibers into lengths of 0.03-0.3mm, and 0.4-0.6 pt.wt. of a hydroxyalkylalkyl cellulose having a viscosity of >=100000cps in a 2% aqueous solution at 20 deg.C.</p> |
