<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the need of a dedicated power source, to reduce cost, to improve leakage resistance without checking the function of a direct current corontron, and to obtain a stable chute bias voltage by earthing the shield of the direct current corontron having the same polarity as a transfer polarity, via a constant voltage element, and electrically connecting the shield with a chute part. CONSTITUTION:The shield 10 of a transfer unit 5 applying a direct current, chutes 14 and 15, and a guiding plate 16 are earthed via the constant voltage element 22, respectively. In other words, the shield 10 of a transfer corontron wire 9 having the same polarity (direct current) as the transfer polarity, is insulated from a peeling corontron shield 23 as an alternating current corontron, by an insulator 24, and the shield 10 of the transfer corontron wire 9 is earthed via the constant voltage element 22, so that the self-bias of a constant voltage determined by the rating of the constant voltage element 22, is obtained on the shield 10, and connected to the chutes 14 and 15 and the guiding plate 16.</p> |
