<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the bruise fault and stain of laminated sheet due to the stain adhered onto molding plate by a method wherein the surface of the molding plate is cleaned with metal cleaning agent so as to laminatingly mold laminate consisting of prepreg and metal foil under the condition being arranged between the molding plates. CONSTITUTION:The surface of molding plate, the thickness of which is 0.1mm or more, preferably 0.5-4mm and which is made of metal plate such as iron-, stainless steel-, aluminum-plate or the like, is cleaned with metal cleaning agent containing surface-active agent or alkali component. Next, laminate consisting of prepreg, which is prepared by infiltrating phenolic resin, epoxy resin or the like in inorganic fiber such as glass, asbestos or the like or in organic synthetic fiber such as polyester, polyacrylic or the like and drying, and metal foil such as copper-, aluminum-, iron-foil or the like are arranged between the molding plates. As the laminate, the metal foil and the required number of the prepregs are arranged. When necessary, metal foil or releasing film is further arranged to the laminate just mentioned above.</p> |
