<p>PURPOSE:To accurately measure the temp. distribution of an object to be measured. CONSTITUTION:In an optical fiber type temp. distribution measuring method, a predetermined pulse beam is supplied to a sensor optical fiber using a semiconductor laser 25 and the Stokes lines and antiStokes lines of Raman scattering beam generated in the sensor optical fiber are detected and, on the basis of the intensity distributions of both of Stokes and anti-Stokes lines and the loss of the sensor optical fiber, the temp. distribution of an object to be measured is measured. An optical filter 27 changed in transmissivity and reflectivity corresponding to a wavelength is arranged on the light path of the back emitting beam of the semiconductor laser 25 and the oscillation wavelength of the semiconductor laser 25 is calculated from the quantity of the transmitted beam from the semiconductor laser 25 and the quantity of reflected beam from the optical filter 27 and the semiconductor laser 25 is controlled so that the oscillation wavelength becomes constant.</p> |
