<p>PURPOSE:To improve safety by bringing a door into a state that it is impossible to open the door during running of a vehicle and to improve operability of opening of a door during the stop of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION:When, in a case of a locking unlocking control means 18 being brought into an unlocking state, the running state of a vehicle is detected by a car speed sensor 10, operation of door opening operation means 3 and 6 is rendered ineffective in a state that the locking unlocking control means 18 is held in a locking state, and opening of a door A is made impossible to make. Further, when an automobile is stopped and it is detected by the car speed sensor 10 that the automobile is in a stop state, operation of the door opening operation means 3 and 6 is rendered effective in a state that the locking unlocking control means 18 is in an unlocking state, and the door A can be opened.</p> |
