<p>PURPOSE:To decrease collapse and aggregation of carrier particles and to improve yield of product by regulating the circumferential velocity of rotary disk to a specified linear velocity. CONSTITUTION:Carrier particles 11 are usually fed into a fluidizing chamber at a vol. ratio of 1/5-1/50 and stirred by an agitator 4 or rotary disk 6 and is fluidized as A. And then they are fluidized as B by a slit air blown in through the slit 12 of an outer peripheral part of a rotary disk 6, or they are fluidized as C by a flowing air blown in through a screen 7. A resin liquid is sprayed through spraying nozzle 8, and carrier particles 11 are coated uniformly by a resin while being fluidized uniformly. In this case, the rotation velocity of the rotary disk is regulated to 150-600m/min. (linear velocity at the circumferential).</p> |
