PURPOSE:To inexpensively construct with ready working by composing heating elements and leading electrodes for supplying power of rodlike members formed on the periphery and support for mounting the members, thereby providing sufficient space around a head in an end face type. CONSTITUTION:Heating elements 3... and the electrodes 121A..., 121C... of leading electrodes 121 are formed on a round glass rod 122 as rodlike members in an end face type bonded to the end of support 137. A driver IC 119 is bonded on a glass-epoxy resin substrate 140 near the rod 122, and an output terminal is directly coupled by bonding with connecting wirings 170 with the drive signal side electrodes 121C... on the rod 122 as leads to unnecessitate the preparation of precise pattern on the substrate 140.
