PURPOSE:To obtain a laminate in which an uneven part is not developed on a surface of a skin material and which has excellent external appearance by integrally laminating a fiber composite material in which many air gaps are formed by partly connecting many inorganic fibers via thermoplastic resin and a foamed material having specific compression strength. CONSTITUTION:A laminate to be used for an interior finishing material, etc., of an automobile is formed by integrally laminating a fiber composite material and a foamed material. The composite material is formed by partly connecting many inorganic fibers via thermoplastic resin to entirely form many air gaps. On the other hand, the foamed material has a compression strength of 0.75kg/cm<2> or more at the time of compressing by 50% at 20 deg.C. A skin material made of any of woven fabric, nonwoven fabric and thermoplastic resin sheet is integrally laminated on the thus laminated form. Further, in the case of manufacturing, a skin material is laminated on the composite material heated to be melted with the resin with the foamed side connected to its one side disposed inside, and then compression-molded in a predetermined shape. |
