The receiver and transmitter unit of a carphone is placed on side of a headrest so that a carphone is used without help of user's hand. The coupler for coupling handset unit and a headrest includes a fixture (1) having two holes through which rods of a headrest (13) is inserted, a segment (4) for rotating a handset horizontally, a segment (6) for rotating a handset vertically, a coupler (11) for coupling the segments (3,6); a receiver unit (7) and a transmitter unit (10).
