<p>PURPOSE:To securely lift a fan coil to a predetermined location of a predetermined floor by tentatively suspending the floor type fan coil unit of the lower surface of a floor member, mounting the fan coil unit to the predetermined location of the predetermined floor by lifting a floor material with a lifter, and mounting the fan coil unit to the predetermined location by releasing the tentative suspension of the fan coil unit. CONSTITUTION:There are tentatively suspended on the lower surface of a floor member 1 peripheral apparatus such as a fan coil unit 5 and a fan coil unit cover 10 mounted on a just under floor concrete 2. Thereafter, the floor member 1 is lifted to a predetermined location of a predetermined floor with a lifter, and a small beam 8 is joined therewith, and further the floor member 1 is anchored on a large beam 7 and a working floor for the floor concrete 2 is formed. The floor concrete 2 is established and an outer wall 4 is formed along an outer peripheral part thereof is formed, and thereafter the tentative suspension of the peripheral apparatuses such as the fan coil unit 5 is released, lowered, and mounted at the predetermined location.
