<p>A tampon or closure device for insertion into externally debouching, artificial or natural body canals of animal or human beings comprises a resilient compressible plug-like body (1) which when inserted is expanded to a cross-sectional dimension ensuring closure of the body cavity (canal) in question. For use at withdrawal from the body canal there is provided a handle means with an anchor part (2) encapsulated in the body and having a relatively large bearing face against the surrounding moulded material and manufactured of a material, e.g. woven or non-woven fabric or plastic permitting a three-dimensional bond hereto, which anchor part (2) is in integrated connection with a handle part (3) protruding from the body.</p> |
