PURPOSE: To provide the frame aligner control method with which the double read or omission of data can be avoided at the time of switching an active system /inactive system. CONSTITUTION: When a switching signal 12 is set at an 'H' level, a frame aligner 1A becomes the active system, a write control signal 14A is inputted through an AND gate 5 to a frame aligner 1B of the inactive system and based on this write control signal 14A, a memory control part 4 of the frame aligner 1B executes write control. On the other hand, when the switching signal 12 is set at an 'L' level, the frame aligner 1B becomes the active system, a write control signal 14B is inputted through the AND gate 5 to the frame aligner 1A of the inactive system and based on this write control signal 14B, the memory control part 4 of the frame aligner 1A executes write control. |
