<p>PURPOSE: To make it easier to control the cable extending work by providing means for detecting the presence of a cable on each extending equipment, transmitting the information of the equipment controlled by a plurality of subcontrollers and then displaying it by the main controllers. CONSTITUTION: Sub-controllers 13 for controlling the operation of each carrying motor performing the extending work for cable C are provided near respective extending equipment 3, and the voltage and current supplied to each motor are detected to check whether the cable C is present at the extending equipment 3. A main controller 14 is installed at respective sub-controllers 13 near the cable drum 1 for centrally controlling the sub-controllers. By doing this, a worker controlling at the main controller 14 can detect the presence of cable at each extending equipment 3 and thus can know the carrying situation of the cable and easily confirm visually the progress of the cable extending work.</p> |
