Device applies to light industry and may be used in sewing, foot-wear, knitwear and other companies where there are used, devices or robotic systems for the separation of soft sheet elements from multiplayer packages. This invention expands the technological possibilities of the devices of such a type and makes them more convenient for moving textile and other adhering elements. The device consists of a base and a package pressing element. The base is made of two tables joined together by a hinge joint, above which there are two movable frames with pivotal pressing elements and their autonomous pneumatic drives, and below there is a suspended table folding mechanism that consists of pneumatic cylinder and spring. The biggest part of base is fastened to a horizontal shaft, the bearings of which are situated on two supports that connect to a bearing platform in the lower plane having support rollers. The shaft itself, through a cogged gear, is connected to a pitching electrical engine. The device has an electronic control unit which is mounted in the same box together with the block of a pneumatic distributor on the right side of the device, attached to the front support with connectors for power supply and pressure air systems. |
