The device for fixing of elements onto a support (1) contains a throat (2) in the form of a `U' of which the arms are provided with interior wings (4) in relief in order to define a slot (3) in which is inserted the head (6) of a bolt (5). This head is preliminary consolidated by screwing on a female fixing piece (7), and the said screw head comes to position itself, after a quarter turn of the female fixing piece (7), in the interior of the throat (2) by butting against the lateral walls of the throat at least one point.The female fixing piece has a threaded blind hole (8) with a tight frictional thread, which is screwed onto the male threaded part of the bolt so that the driving effect of the bolt by the female piece first precisely positions the bolt head (6) in the throat (2) and then ultimately clamps the fixing piece (7) onto the male fixing piece (5) which is prevented from rotating.
