<p>PURPOSE: To provide the joining method of a stranded electric wire capable of preventing a wire stock from buckling/bulging, preventing joined part from lowering of mechanical strength and increasing of electric resistance and obtaining suitable joined part by resistance welding. CONSTITUTION: When ends of two stranded electric wires 1, in which plural wire stocks 2 are stranded, are butted and connected by resistance welding, an insert member 3, which is made of the same material as the wire stock 2 and is provided with wire stock inserting holes 4 at both ends, is inserted between butting end parts of both electric wires and is subjected to resistance welding.</p> |
