PURPOSE: To confirm a existing zone of a radio equipment to one location by allowing radio equipments in a zone to receive any of frequencies of plural radio stations and restoring the state to an initial state in a reception discrimination flow chart after identification data are sent after the reception. CONSTITUTION: Let number of radio stations are 4, the transmission frequencies be A-D for each, then in the case of reception of identification dataα, one period from the step S1 to the step S4 is selected shorter than a calling time of each radio station or longer the calling time of all the radio stations to reduce disable reception for a radio equipment. Before a radio equipment enters a premises from the outside, the radio equipment repeats discrimination of NO from the step S1 to the step S4. After the radio equipment enters the premises, the radio equipment sends a identification data of the radio equipment and the step is restored to the step S1 and when the discrimination is YES in any step among the steps S1-S4, the received frequency and identification code of the radio equipment are sent and the step is restored to the step S1. The processing above is repeated.
