PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color liquid crystal display element capable of ensuring the easy formation of a strip type of black matrix, as well as the easy formation of red, green and blue color filters even in a tight condition, and allowing the easy and independent adjustment of each of the color filters having different color purity or transmittance. SOLUTION: A black matrix 2 is formed on the lower surface of an upper glass substrate 1a, and a blue color filter 3B and a transparent zone 6 are regularly arrayed, so as to correspond to the black matrix 2. In addition, two color filters 3R and 3G other than the blue color are regularly arrayed on a lower glass substrate 1b, so as to correspond to the transparent zone 6. |
