<p>PURPOSE: To enable a separation paper feeding device to be used for a high speed machine without injuring the leading edge of a paper sheet, even if a corner claw of low cost is used in the device. CONSTITUTION: A control device 50 is provided, by which carrying speed of a paper sheet P by paper feed rollers 14, 15 is made slower than the paper sheet carrying speed at transcribing an image onto the paper sheet until the paper sheet P fed by means of the paper feed rollers 14, 15 is separated into one sheet by a separation claw 41. Hereby, because the fed paper sheet P is sufficiently buckled by means of the separation claw 41 so as to be surely separated and then can be fed, there is no possibility to injure the part of paper sheet caught with the separation claw 41. In addition, by quickening the carrying speed after completing separation of the paper sheet than the paper sheet carrying speed at transcribing an image onto the paper sheet, the delay at beginning of paper feed can be recovered.</p> |
