<p>PURPOSE: To facilitate issuing operation for an ID card by integrally printing an image of face photograph, a name, etc., and writing information to a magnetic recording part and an IC recording part, and preventing those image and recorded information from being mishandled. CONSTITUTION: This issuing system consists of an image input means 2 which inputs the face image, an attribute information input means 3 which inputs attribute information corresponding to the face image, an image processing means 4 which puts the attribute information and face image together to form a composite image, an image output means 5 which prints the composited image on a card base material, a magnetic recording means 6 which writes information based upon the attribute information to the magnetic recording part of the card, and an IC recording means 7 which writes the information based upon the attribute information to the IC recording part of the card.</p> |
