FIELD: dedusting facilities for processes involving handling of loose materials. SUBSTANCE: device has plenum and exhaust ventilation systems and air ducts, air distributors for uniform spreading of air to provide air curtain, and air intake for collecting dusty air. Air curtain is created by means of two rows of round-section nozzles located above each other so that distance between nozzles is equal to 8-10 $$$ ($$$- diameter of nozzle), and distance between rows of nozzles is equal to 4.3-4.7 $$$. Nozzles of different rows are directed towards each other and their axes crate angle of 2-3 deg. Besides, air intake is provided with lip made in the form of hyperbolic cylinder. Concave portion of lip hangs over rail car, and other part transfers into air intake. EFFECT: high efficiency. 1 cl, 1 dwg |
