<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with a kind of vehicle, which is provided with a side open type back door, without changing the arrangement position of an industrial robot by providing an elevating means in a loading jig so as to load a spare tire in the condition that the back door is closed. SOLUTION: An arm 3a of an industrial robot 1 is turned so as to put a spare tire 5, which is held by a loading jig 4, into a car body 1 through a window 1a1 (in which a window glass is not installed) of a back door 1a of the car body 1, and furthermore, the spare tire 5 is positioned for movement at the predetermined position over a spare tire housing unit S. A tip of the arm 3a is lowered from the position thereof by the predetermined quantity Y1, and the loading jig 4 is lowered by the extension of a link mechanism 7 from the position thereof by the predetermined quantity Y2, and furthermore, the only chuck mechanism 6 is lowered by the predetermined quantity Y2' so is to house the spare tire 5 in the spare tire housing unit S at the predetermined position.</p> |
