<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the adsorption efficiency of an adsorption tank and the formed quantity of product gas by sufficiently supplying compressed gas required for obtaining the adsorption effect to the adsorption tank. SOLUTION: The volume of an air tank 5 is set three times or more that of each of adsorption tanks 1, 2, and the volume of an oxygen tank 22 is set one and a half times or more that of each of the adsorption tanks 1, 2. The quantity per hour of air discharged from a compressor 3 is set one and a half times or more the volume of the air tank 5. Thus, compressed air required for obtaining the adsorption effect is sufficiently supplied to the adsorption tanks 1, 2, and the time taken for an adsorption process is shortened and the adsorption efficiency of the adsorption tanks 1, 2 and the formed quantity of product gas are improved.</p> |
