<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily recognize the position of pointer by a user when the user perform an operation again after being away from a computer or perform no operation longer than prescribed time. SOLUTION: It is detected whether the user gets away from a computer 2 longer than the prescribed time or not or whether the user performs no operation longer than the prescribed time or not and when it is discriminated that the user gets back to the computer 2 again after being away longer than the prescribed time or that the user restarts operation after stopping the operation longer than the prescribed time, the display state of pointer is changed so that the user can easily recognize the position of pointer on the display screen. Besides, when the user operates the computer 2 after the display state of pointer is changed or after the lapse of prescribed time from the change, the display state of pointer is returned into original state by judging that the user recognizes the position of pointer on the display screen. Therefore, even when operating the computer 2 again after being away from the seat during the operation of computer or even when restarting the operation after stopping the operation longer than the prescribed time, the user can easily recognize the position of pointer.</p> |
