This invention is intended for new cephalosporin antibiotics, namely for new (7R)-7-(acylamine)-3-(arylthio)-3-cephem-4-carboxiacides and for their pharmacologically relevant salts, for pro-medicine and their use, and also for pharmaceutical compositions, which include these compounds. The new compounds are distinguished by an antibiotic effect against a wide spectre of organisms, including organisms resistant to beta-lactamine antibiotics. Production methods of these compounds are described.
