PURPOSE:To improve snow removing efficiency by setting a pumping-up pipe and a water returning pipe provided with pumps, vertically in two wells, to communicate the respective pipes with a solar heat collecting device and a snow-removing section radiating pipe, and by feeding the warmed water of a one-side well to the radiating pipe at the time of removing snow, to return cool water to the other side well. CONSTITUTION:Two wells 2a, 2b for storing underground water are excavated, and a pumping-up pipe 4a-provided with a pump 9a, and a pumping-up pipe 4b provided with a pump 9b, and a water returning pipe 11 are vertically set. Besides, the pumping-up pipes 4a, 4b, and the water returning pipe 11 are communicated with a solar heat collecting device (c) and a snow removing section (d), via changeover valves 7, 8, 10a, 10b, 14, 15. Then, in a summer time or the like, the water of the one-side well 2a is kept to be heated with solar heat, and at the time of removing snow, through no solar heat collecting device (c), warmed water is fed to the snow removing section (d), and the snow is removed, and cooling water is returned to the other-side well 2b. Besides, the snow removing section (d) is also served as a section for the preliminary heating of the solar heat collecting device (c) at the time of a fine weather. As a result, the snow can be efficiently removed. |
