SOLUTION: Water sprinklers 7 for spraying the water in the same circumferential directions with each other are provided at the three corners and four sides in a reaction vessel 1, water is sprayed on the scum (a) staying on the water surface to collect the scum in the one corner, and the scum is discharged outside the vessel from one corner by a pump 5. The discharged scum is screened 10 and discharged outside the system, and the scum (a) passed through the screen is sterilized and then returned to the vessel 1.</p> |
