<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To thermally mold a laminated block efficiently under the heating effect by the energized heat generation of an electroconductive foil or an intermediate plate and also by the heating effect by a molding die due to a heater by an energized heating-type heater provided on the lateral face of the molding die for heating each of the molding dies. SOLUTION: This laminate manufacturing apparatus is designed for manufacturing a laminate obtained by thermally molding under pressure a laminated block 5 comprising a laminated combination material 3 of an electroconductive foil 1 and an insulating material 2 laminated through an intermediate plate 4. In addition, this device comprises a power supply device 6 for energizing either of the electroconductive foil 1 or the intermediate plate 4 to cause it to generate heat, a pair of molding dies 7, 8 which hold the laiminated block 5 to pressurize it and at the same time, serve as a contact point for energization to supply an electric power from a power supply device 6 to either of the electroconductive foil 1 or the intermediate plate 4, and energized heating- type heaters 9, 10, provided on the lateral faces of molding dies, for heating the molding dies 7, 8. Further, the heaters 9, 10 are provided on the lateral faces free from the pressure by the molding dies 7, 8. The contact face of each of the molding dies 7, 8 with the laminated block is formed of a highly rigid structure.</p> |
