PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a television receiver which simultaneously outputs decoded signals from plural video signal processing means and can record a competing program on a different channel in a system where plural video signal processing means share memory. SOLUTION: This receiver is provided with plural video signal processing means which perform decoding processing of a video signal, memory 3 shared and used for the decoding processing of a video signal by plural video signal processing means and a controlling means 7 used for control plural video signal processing means and the memory 3, and the means 7 adaptably changes the use amount of the memory 3 in accordance with the decoding processing of the video signal processing means and can simultaneously output a decoded signal from plural video signal processing means.
