<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with high processing accuracy and selective fitting of a piston and a cylinder bore and improve the durability of a seal ring. SOLUTION: A seal ring 21b is inserted in the groove 21a of a piston 21. When the piston 21 is operated, a force applied to the seal ring 21b is reduced due to the contact of the periphery surface of the piston 21 with the periphery surface of the cylinder bore 2a. As the clearance between the outer diameter of the piston 21 and the inner diameter of the cylinder bore 2a, is blocked by the seal ring 21b at the gas compression time, a compression efficiency is improved.</p> |
