PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the spots of a sheet and a film smaller by varying thickness in the width direction while retention-deterioration of fluid being prevented by structure to prevent the generation of a step and a gap in the channel of a die, and make the thickness spots of each layer smaller even in a multilayer die. SOLUTION: In a die for extruding a molten resin continuously in the form of a sheet or a film, a void is formed at least in one lip which forms the channel of the molten resin, it consists of the first thin wall part 1 in which the thickness of a thick wall part from the surface of the channel to the void is 1-4mm, a second thin wall part 2 of 2-6mm thickness which is located downstream from it and slightly thicker than the first thin wall part 1, and a third thin wall part 3 of 0.5-3mm which is located downstream from it. The void side of the second thin wall part 2 is made to be structure in which sufficiently rigid beam-shaped blocks 4 fly out at specified intervals in the die width direction, the gap 8 between the channels can be changed by pushing/pulling the beam-shaped blocks 4. |
