<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decompose and digest oil and fat and also to reduce a small piece garbage and precipitated sludge by housing a treating base material as a microorganism carrier used to decompose and digest a garbage in a grease trap and gibing a suitable air amount and aeration. SOLUTION: In the treating base material 5 housed in each wire net case 1, 2 and 3, strength of the aeration 7 is regulated in storing at an inlet part 9, in middle at an oil and fat water content separating part 10 and in weak at discharge port 11. Then a death body parasitic microorganism liq. and a nutrient balance active liq. are dropped on an inlet garbage receive cage 1, and an oil and fat decomposing and digesting power of the microorganism is strengthened by mixing an oxygen supplied by a suitable aeration and the death body parasitic microorganism liq. and nutrient balance active liq. and by repeating various state contact and agitation of the oil and fat in a kitchen waste liq. by a rocking action of the aeration 7. Moreover, the precipitated sludge, etc., at a bottom surface are floated upward and brought into contact with the treating base material.</p> |
