<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration of a shock absorbing property by reducing the size of a thinned part to be formed in a shock absorber material as much as possible when a corner pole device for an automobile is installed to a bumper including a shock absorber material inside. SOLUTION: In consideration of a positional relationship between a bumper main body 2 of a front bumper 1 and a guide tube 34 in which a corner pole device main body 21, and a drive cord for extending/shrinking a pole assembly are housed, shock absorber materials 3, 4 are dividedly formed. In the first shock absorber material 3 on the center part side of the bumper 1, a guide tube housing thinned part 16 is formed on the back side. In the second shock absorber 4 on the corner part side, a corner pole device main body housing thinned part 18 is formed on the front side. By means of a corner pole device main body receiving part 17 formed in the first shock absorber 3 and the second shock absorber 4, the corner hole device main body 21 is clamped in the longitudinal direction.</p> |
