<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make improvement in the attraction of a magnet, and also to promote the stabilization of two-wheel driving, in this hub clutch unit that is installed in space between the axle and the hub of a four-wheel drive vehicle, performing a selection between 2WD and 4WD by means of a pressure fluid, and holding this 2WD with the magnet. SOLUTION: In this hub clutch device that performs a selection between 2WD and 4WD after separating an inner ring from an outer ring in a state of engagement by supplying or discharging to or from two airtight chambers 15 and 16 covered with a diaphragm 14 in a cover 5 via two passages 21 and 22, and hold a 2WD state by attraction of a magnet 16, and also holds a 4WD state with a spring 17, this magnet 19 is secured by a fixed yoke 20 and a presser yoke 41 pressed-in and caulked to this yoke 20, and thereby size accuracy between an end face of the magnet 19 and an attraction surface 50 is improved, thereby making improvements in magnetic attraction by widening the attraction surface 50.</p> |
