PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to cope with a portable telephone set with no large operation required while a portable audio unit is used and to significantly reduce the influence of the incoming ringer tones to the periphery by making a controller send the pulse tones to the user via a headphone containing a microphone when the portable telephone set receives an incoming call while the user is using the portable audio unit. SOLUTION: When a portable telephone unit 101 receives an incoming call while a user is using a portable audio unit 102, a controller 103 sends the pulse tones to the user via a headphone 104. The user knows the incoming call received by the set 101 in pulse tones received from the controller 103 via the headphone 104 together with the reproduced sounds of the unit 102. Then the user selects the rejection of reply, or the replay with no BGM or the replay with a BGM via the controller 103. In ocher words, the user selects the replay or rejection to the set 101 through the on/off switch operations of the controller 103. |
