PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine slider in which a cantilever-beam shaped handle- fitting lever capable of being easily plastic-deformed is installed on a body, and also in which no parting line is appeared on the surface of the slider. SOLUTION: In a slider made of die casting, a cantilever-shaped handle-fitting lever 5 is provided on the upper surface of a slider body 1 so as to be projected from the upper surface of the guide post 4 toward the rear opening 11, and the rear end of the handle fitting lever 5 is opened. In this case, in the slider of the type the handle is fitted afterward, a square empty part 12 penetrated in the longitudinal direction is provided to the base part of the handle-fitting lever 5, and also, a suspended projection 14 having nearly the same width as that of the empty part 12 is provided to the undersurface at the rear end of the handle fitting lever 5 so as to provide an empty space capable of insertedly fitting the fitting ring of the handle between the upper wing plate 2 and the lever. Thus, the plastic deformation of the handle-fitting lever 5 is facilitated by the installation of the empty part 12, and also, when the handle-fitting lever 5 is molded, since the core can be inserted backward and forward, the occurrence of a parting line on the surface can be advantageously prevented. |
