It comprises a first conduit for the entry of filtered water into a collection container, a second conduit which places the inner upper part of said container in communication with the pump inlet, a third conduit, which connects the pump outlet to the inner upper part of the container, a fourth conduit which places the bottom of the container in communication with a drainage outlet, a fifth conduit which places the pump inlet in communication with the free atmosphere, and a sixth conduit which places the pump outlet in communication with the free atmosphere. In each one of said conduits there is a corresponding throttle valve, it being possible for the valves to be actuated simultaneously so that when the valves of the first, second and sixth conduits are open, those of the third, fourth and fifth conduits are closed, and vice versa. <IMAGE>
