PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate mounting, in a pipe to feed combustion air to an engine or ventilate an automobile room. SOLUTION: In a pipe provided with an outside layer 1 of a liquidtight flexible material and an inside non-woven fiber layer 2 fixed on the outside layer 1, the inside non-woven fiber layer 2 is at least partially formed of elastic fibers. By heating the pipe, the fusible fibers are at least partially fused, and through deformation of the pipe, a final shape is formed. When the fusible fibers are cooled, the fibers are mutually fused to other fibers for coupling. Through formation of a frame structure, a final shape is maintained.
