<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate drooping of ejection liquid by turning a solenoid valve in a cooling water supply circuit on/off selectively depending on the exhaust gas temperature at the outlet of a temperature reducing column and controlling the number of ejecting nozzles thereby keeping a specified high ejection pressure regardless of fluctuation of exhaust gas. SOLUTION: In the cooling water supply controller 10, the cooling water supply circuit 11 for ejection nozzles Na, Nb is provided with solenoid valves Va1, Va4, Vb1, Vb4 in series with the ejection nozzles Na, Nb. A constant flow valve C is coupled and an exhaust gas temperature sensor S is provided at an exhaust opening 4. An exhaust gas temperature measuring unit A is provided and a controller 12 turning the solenoid valve on/off selectively depending on the measured temperature. When the exhaust gas temperature is high, cooling liquid is ejected from all ejection nozzles. Cooling liquid is ejected from cooled ejection nozzles such that the liquid does not adhere to the inner surface of the column. Ejection quantity is reduced as the exhaust gas temperature lowers. A set of corresponding nozzles set in the controller 12 are opened or closed.</p> |
