PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a puffed feed improved in fragrance and intended for promoting the appetite and health of small animals. SOLUTION: The puffed feed production system is made up by the following components: a 1st husker 2 for millet, a 1st husk sorter 3 connected with the 1st husker and intended for the swing sorting of husked millet, a 1st screw conveyor 4 intended for the feedback of millet subjected to swing sorting as being insufficiently husked to the 1st husker 2, a 2nd husker 5 intended for husking millet subjected to swing sorting as being sufficiently husked with the 1st husk sorter 3, a 2nd husk sorter 6 intended for the swing sorting of husked millet, a 2nd screw conveyor 7 intended for the feedback of millet subjected to swing sorting as being insufficiently husked with the 2nd husk sorter 6 to the 1st husker 2, an inverter 20 intended for supplying controlled frequencies to the corresponding respective motors in the 1st husker 2, the 1st husk sorter 3, the 2nd husker 5, and the 2nd husk sorter 6, and an electronic control circuit 8 taking charge of the control operation. |
