PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the low-cost constituting seal structure of a slide device by a method wherein an opening formed between a track rail and an upper cover is sealed with a flexible seal body through which a mounting flange for mounting a loading object passes. SOLUTION: From the side of a slider 3 sliding against a track rail 2, a flange 13 for mounting a loading object, such as a table, is protruded through an opening 33 formed between the upper surface 20 of the side 7 of the track rail 2 and an upper cover 15. The opening 33 is covered with a flexible chain 50 placed on the upper surface 20 of the side 7 of the track rail 2, and entrance of a foreign matter, such as dust, from an external part is prevented from occurring. Since a chain 50 is relatively run as it relatively slides the upper surface of the protrusion part 44 in a lateral direction of a mounting flange 13, movement of the mounting flange 13 occasioned by slide of the slider 3 is not interrupted. |
