<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable marking in a simple method, discriminable by a human in a post process and for every kind of defects. SOLUTION: A laser beam, etc., are projected on a thin steel sheet 1 by a beam projector 4. The beam reflected by a thin steel sheet 1 surface is received by light receiver 5, a defect is detected by a data processing unit 6. The result of data processing is inputted into a controller 7 and processed, it is informed to an operator by a display device 10 and is recorded in a recorder 11. A defect signal is synchronized to the pulse from a pulse oscillator 9 connected to a measuring roll 8 and tracked, marking is done to a part having a defect by a marking device 12. The plural marking devices 12 to mark different colors are arranged, a color of marking is changed corresponding to a kind of defects detected.</p> |
