PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which: it is difficult to improve on-ice performance and wet performance at the same time, although many means are proposed in order to improve the on-ice performance of studless tires.SOLUTION: The problem is solved by a studless tire rubber composition that comprises a diene rubber of 100 pts.mass, with the diene rubber comprising a natural rubber and a butadiene rubber and having an average glass transition temperature of -70°C or less, and a fluorine rubber of 1-30 pts.mass, with the fluorine rubber having a water contact angle of 93 degrees or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
