发明名称 Reconstruction of Aneurysm Wall Motion
摘要 A framework for image-based reconstruction is provided herein. In accordance with one aspect, the framework receives three-dimensional projection image data of an aneurysm wall in a vascular structure of interest and electrocardiogram signal data, wherein the three-dimensional projection image data is correlated to phases of the electrocardiogram signal data. The framework may sort the three-dimensional projection image data into phase-binned image data according to the phases, and reconstruct three-dimensional layouts of the aneurysm wall in the vascular structure of interest using the phased-binned image data. The framework may then determine the motion of the aneurysm wall between the phases based on the reconstructed three-dimensional layouts.

主权项 1. A system for image-based reconstruction, comprising: an imaging device that acquires three-dimensional projection image data of an aneurysm wall in a vascular structure of interest of a patient; an electrocardiogram monitor that acquires electrocardiogram signal data from the patient, wherein the three-dimensional projection image data is correlated to phases of the electrocardiogram signal data; and a computer system communicatively coupled to the imaging device and the electrocardiogram monitor, wherein the computer system includes a non-transitory memory device for storing computer readable program code, anda processor device in communication with the memory device, the processor being operative with the computer readable program code to perform steps including sorting the three-dimensional projection image data into phase-binned image data according to the phases, reconstructing, based on the phase-binned image data, three-dimensional layouts of the aneurysm wall in the vascular structure of interest, anddetermining motion of the aneurysm wall between the phases based on the reconstructed three-dimensional layouts.
