FIELD: biotechnology, dairy industry, medicine, veterinary science. SUBSTANCE: strain Lactobacillus acidophilus n. v. EP 317/402 "Narine" AAA is obtained by selection of the parent culture Lactobacillus acidophilus n.v. EP 317/402 "Narine" based on antagonistic activity with respect to intestine microflora, resistance to antibiotics of broad effect spectrum, dynamics of multiplication of bacterial population in nutrient medium. Strain shows stable signs. Strain Lactobacillus acidophilus n. v. EP 317/402 "Narine" AAA is deposited in All-Russian collection of industrial microorganisms at N B-7747 and culture collection of microorganisms GNTS "Vector" at N B-741. Enhanced stability of the strain to some antibiotics ensures to use its in carrying out of bacteriotherapy and antibiotic therapy at elevated sanitary and prophylactic effect. Product as the dried ferment "Narine" is used as a drug for treatment and prophylaxis of dysbacteriosis and its results, among them, secondary immunodeficiencies.
