<p>The invention concerns a constriction device (1), at least capable of being partially implanted in the human or animal body, comprising a constricting member (2) forming in its operational configuration a ring, said constricting member including a flexible band (12) whereof the two ends (12a, 12b) are mutually adjacent in the operational configuration, and means for actuating (3) the constricting member. The invention is characterised in that, in operational configuration, at least one end (12b) of the flexible band (12) comprises a tractile element (13) for moving said end relatively to the other end (12a), by generating a radial deformation of the constricting member, and the actuating means includes an element for pulling (25) the tractile member (13).</p> |
