PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a solar cell in power generating efficiency by a method wherein a Peltier cooling device is connected to the heat dissipating end of a heat pipe provided on the rear side of the light receiving surface of the solar cell panel, and the Peltier cooling device is driven by an electric power generated by the solar cell panel. SOLUTION: A solar cell panel 1 is connected to a battery cell 3 and an inverter 4 through a feeder 2. A heat pipe 5 is arranged on the rear of the light receiving surface of the solar cell panel 1, a Peltier cooling device 6 is connected to the heat dissipating end of the heat pipe 5, and the Peltier cooling device 6 is connected to the feeder 2. The peltier cooling device 6 is driven by the use of a part of an electric power generated by the solar cell panel 1, and the solar cell panel 1 is cooled down by the heat pipe 5 so as to be improved in power generating efficiency. Alternatively, a solar cell panel exclusively used for driving the Peltier cooling device 6 is provided, and the solar cell panel 1 may be used exclusively for a power supply. |
