PURPOSE: A method for processing an incoming call is provided to provide better quality services to a PCS subscriber and to enhance entire call success rates of a PCS system by processing an incoming call first if the incoming call occurs in advance during processing an originating call. CONSTITUTION: An incoming call is received toward a call originating subscriber from a third subscriber during processing an originating call for the call originating subscriber(S230). A PCS switching system judges which is the first from a call originating trial and the call incoming trial(S240). If the call originating occurs in advance compared to the call incoming, the originating call continues to be processed regardless of the incoming call(S250). If the call incoming is in advance, a call direction information element is added and transmitted to a base station, to thereby carry out a communication between the third subscriber and the call originating subscriber(S260, S270, S280). |
