PORTABLE INFORMATION TERMINAL AND METHOD CAPABLE OF SHOWING PLURAL VIRTUAL DISPLAYS

PURPOSE: A portable information terminal capable of showing plural virtual displays is provided to maximize the screen utilities by setting every virtual display independently for changing colors when executing an application program. CONSTITUTION: A key input unit(104) is equipped with a virtual display switching key and generates key data corresponding when the virtual display switching key. A memory(102) stores frame data for plural virtual displays. A liquid crystal display unit(108) displays the frame data for the applied virtual displays to an output screen. A controller(100) reads the frame data for the virtual displays corresponding to the memory(102) if an input of the virtual display switching key is detected through the key input unit(104) and displays the read frame data to the liquid crystal display unit(108).
